Lisa Nelson, MOT , CIMT
Lisa earned a master's degree in occupational therapy from the College of St. Scholastica and later obtained a Certified Disability Management Specialist Designation (CDMS). Before coming to Probility, Lisa provided case management services for patients with spinal or extremity dysfunction resulting from work-related injuries. Her approach to treatment includes using a variety of techniques including manual therapy, such as joint and soft tissue mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and therapeutic exercise. Lisa volunteered as a practicum therapist at Avanti-Camp St. Croix to learn from internationally known occupational therapists who have pioneered integrative treatment approaches for children and adults with movement and sensory issues.
