Janet Jin, PT, MPT, CIMT
Janet received a master's degree in physical therapy from Novasoutheastern University and spent her first three years after graduation studying the work of Shirley Sahrmann, PT, PhD, FAPTA, implementing the Sahrmann principles of muscle balances and movement impairment syndromes into her patient care. She was a contributor to the second edition of Therapeutic Exercise: Moving Toward Function. Janet has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, movement analysis and manual therapy, particularly with adolescent, young adult and adult athletic populations. Her approach to therapy is holistic and she handles treatment sessions with careful detail to specific muscle recruitment, joint alignment, correct movement patterns, and sport-specific biomechanics.
