Tony Castaldi, M.S., M.B.A.

Tony holds a master's degree in exercise science from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Kent State University. Tony's educational background and past experience have allowed him to oversee the business and financial operations, including streamlining payment and benefit systems, implementing and simplifying policies and procedures and supervising the billing staff. Tony's work allows the therapists to focus on treating patients and providing customer service, while assuring that Probility clinics are run in a way that allows them to be both patient-centered and fiscally sustainable.

Location: Clark Road; "My job is to simplify and streamline. I make sure our policies and procedures are easy to understand, and I continually think about the most effective way to do something. Our systems are focused on making the experience of Probility's patients as enjoyable and therapy-focused as possible.
